1-The company owners are very knowledgeable. 2-The company has got a very reputable client

1-Very useless management. 2-Management does a lot of politics. 3-The owner of the company sets one rule and the assistance manager imposes a different rule. 4-Working from home is deliberately harassed. 5-A team lead does not teach anything. 6-If the work is not in favor of the assistance manager, it is deliberately harassed. 7-Washroom facility is not good. 8-Separate Rules for MEP Department and Civil Department....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
