PlanetSpark has no consideration about the employees and it has started exploiting the employees by changing its policies. There are no growth opportunities, no appraisals and to top that the company will find one or the other reason to deduct the pay.

i really like the flexible timings as i am easily able to manage my house along with 2 children.. Also i loved the training n the amount of effort these people put into to make us ready before starting our journey..

the payout process depending upon timings also it is very low... also i dislike the thing that we need to hunt the demos regularly n doing the telecalling job along with the teaching 1
