Teachers' demo bookings should be changed. the company should provide the demos to the teachers so that the teacher can just concentrate on teaching and save their precious time. lot of time is wasted in calling the parents where parents do not respond and even if the demos are fixed they have to be reminded to join the class. The booster amount is paid to the teachers only if the child has a score above 3 and this score is achieved if the child joins extra practice classes, makes a sparks video, spells bees and etc. The teacher is deprived of a booster payout if the child is unable to score....Read More

Although the work is flexible, you still have to adjust and compromise as per the clients of PlanetSpark. It doesn’t really come with a good salary as the extra work you do which can lead for you to conduct a session isn’t paid at all. The salary for conducting a session isn’t upto the worth honestly.

Salary.. they give around 200 rs for conducting a demo they say but not all times,, it depends on the time like for how much time you conduct the demo Most of the time they pay 75 rs for conducting the demo outside PS classroom..N sometimes it gets to 50 rs for an hour.. Now its not our fault if the customer isn't able to join usingthe link or they are not able to switch On the Audio n Video... Now knowing you ll get only 50 rs for an hour who wants to conduct the class outside classroom?? But we are not left with any option.. If we cancel it they will reduce the ratings... With this we always have to take photos or screenshot as a proof that the demo is conducted on the classroom or outside the classroom.. So just imagine how irritating n frustrating it is.. Also we are not just conducting the demo,, infact booking the demo then making phone calls to parents confirmation n cancellation is our duty.. they say part-time but its Full time.. Also wenever a demo gets cancelled obviously its becoz of the customer,, they cut our points or ratings you can say.. so basically its a slave job.. even a house maid or a labour earns more than us just working for 4 hours a day.....Read More

The OJT was really helpful to understand how Planet Spark works. As it is an online edu tech platform, we can choose our own time to work. They actually pay high for the demos, when compared to other similar edu tech platforms.

This is not actually a fault with Planet Spark, but I would like to mention that those who have registered for demo, when contacted, they don’t even pick up the call and when picked up sometimes they say not interested. In short, getting students for demos is difficult and after demos also, getting them as your student is very mere chance.
