I joined Planetspark in January 2021. And since then there is no looking back. I initially joined for the International domain but then I got the chance to teach kids from not only US but from Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia & India as well. There was a point of time when I conducted GD for kids from all over the world. It was the best time to learn from them along with teaching them. Regular Trainings & teacher's success interviews motivate me to contribute more. I have seen Planetspark's journey from been called a startup to soon to be a Unicorn company. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Over here you will be selected and after joining they will do a screening round after they will fire you they will give you every possible abusive word and make a fun out of it in front of every employee you will be humiliated at the end when you start working here .

Everything if there is negative marking i want to give that very toxic environment very poor management nothing is proper in the organisation salary cuts are regular , moth***k is very common word for employees.

There is nothing to like about this company.

It was very dissapointing experience working at Planet Spark. When I joined the company they said that you have to work on day shift but after some days they said you have to work on night shift. Management is very poor and is not helpful for anyone.
