The best thing in planet spark is they provide oppurtunity to all those people who are capable enough but due to some reasons they cant do work offline ,so they get an amazing oppurtunity to enhance their skills and gain experience in teaching specially females they are earning at home and embrace their knowledge

so far not anything i feel i dont like ya all the teachers were putting their so much efforts in teachin g and in convertions they will try to providde some extra benefits to the teachers for eg bonus or demo incentive which was just going to removed from teachers that is very important coz all teachers try so hard to convert the demos rest all good nothing so much which makes me dislike

I like how they have evloved from a budding company till this. They work really hard at the back end to serve their customers. Every single day, I see a new change in the lms to attract the customers. The salary is paid on time along with few incentives to work harder. They arrange activities for teachers and students to attend.

Dislikes

There are no such cons on working here as a teacher. If you go towards BDA/Sales person, you may find few problems but In every company , you will find the same issue as Sales person is paid to achieve sales target irrespective of the company.

Likes

Training days were good but they don't know how to behave with teachers. They don't pay well and let teachers to call, make an appointment to get the students. They are extracting huge amount of money from parents making false promises. It's a typical fraud company., giving ads of offering 25k salary per month.

Dislikes

Their behavior is extremely bad. They don't want to listen if teachers have any problem. They are just running behind the money to run a organization.

initially you take many demos and get many students

Dislikes

suddenly the company policy changes and they decide to cut down students classes from 8 per month to 4 per month which cuts our salary down by 50% and theres no one answerable to it plus now no demos available to take. Company on verge of shutdown

Over here you will be selected and after joining they will do a screening round after they will fire you they will give you every possible abusive word and make a fun out of it in front of every employee you will be humiliated at the end when you start working here .
