The only good thing about working in PlanetSpark was "Salary". For even freshers they provide good salary. And you get good incentive if you give more than 1 lakh sale in a week.

I was selected in May. I waited too long to get an offer letter, because of which I lost some other good opportunities provided by my college. I received offer letter in August and joining was from September. So till my joining I lost 4 months. Then they gave one month for probation in which they give enough leads to get a sale of 18k. Once you get a sale they shift you to core team. And the pathetic culture starts here. This company relies on "Referral" Referral " Referral ". They never directly ask you to sell courses to your relatives or friends etc but they don't give leads even a single one for 2 weeks 3 weeks. And they keep asking you pressurize you that where is your sale, and you will be on probation from 4th week. Even if they give any lead, then those would be either a wrong no., already dead lead, or someone who can't afford. And you don't get a day off. They don't have any fixed timing. And most rubbish thing is they have tied up with a finance company which provides loan. And when they ask their customers to give Aadhar etc that means you have taken a loan to pay that amount.
