It's a part time and remote job, but still you need to invest 4-5 hours daily!

The job at PlanetSpark is more of a sales role rather than a teaching position. It primarily involves cold-calling parents and convincing them to enroll in the program. Only if the parents agree can you proceed to schedule and show demos. The role is quite challenging as it's difficult to secure customers, and the compensation is heavily performance-based. Your salary depends on the number of demos you manage to conduct, making it hard to earn a sustainable income. On average, you might earn as little as ₹200 per working day. While appointing as teacher they should understand that they will teach. Nd one more thing while taking demo classes u will get salary once u have earned above 1500 otherwise they will not pay. No hr facilities

fraud company, i thought for more than a year, now they changed policies from 8 classes to 4 classes a month suddenly so our salary got DOWN by 50%. and no contact number or any counselor to help. Parents are crying FRAUD in companys name . Take money from students and then no contact

Over here you will be selected and after joining they will do a screening round after they will fire you they will give you every possible abusive word and make a fun out of it in front of every employee you will be humiliated at the end when you start working here .
