As I’m not a part of this company any more so I really can’t say about how they are supporting their employees. It was freelancing. I really enjoyed my work . The working environment was good .

Dislikes

The working environment was pretty good. But I have to say about growth so there is no such growth but my overall experience was average

Work Details

My work was to mark papers as they come from all over the world. We were provided by the marking keys. The work was quite challenging as we were not allowed to talk in the room. We were not allowed to use phone while working. But I really enjoyed my work

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
