Flexible in working hours and Good in work-life balance.

Dislikes

The challenges of working in this company include issues such as “office politics, dominance by a single family, a disrespectful work culture, personal attacks, character assassination, defamation involving opposite genders, a CEO lacking in administrative skills and project acquisition abilities, lack of recognition for hard-work and efforts, experience of mental harassment and jealousy on our personal stuffs. Survival is the biggest challenge in that company....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
