Good working environment, team members are cooperative, skills can be developed during the training exposure training coordinators always keeps a follow up to check the progress or to solve any difficulties faced.

Dislikes

Duty hours is not fixed even they say 9hrs in case of any lean day also the managers have a habit to make others work more than their shifts even if there is no rush and even you are not paid for extra hours as other companies do, no off are provided in national holidays and even double salary is given for that particular day, salary is not decent at all compared to other food retails of same designations, no proper resting place available for closing shift people and it's not possible for everyone to get back home, no transportation facilities provided or any allowance given comparing the low salary and the biggest problem now is everyone working now is part timer after covid and salary is simply slashed to half the original it's better to move out or other part time jobs from home will fetch you 8k monthly. Another aspect I would like to add that in my case I was hired from college campus and in the offer letter my CTC was written 19000 but in the company payslip I found out to be 18000 I enquired about the matter but no feedback was provided by the higher authorities sort of scam, they owe me 20000 approx which is lost . Job was decent , interesting, but duty hours is not fixed it's only good for you if you are not married, team members are less so pressure builds up during rush hours but skills can be developed due the exposure.
