In Head office work-life balance good but in factories it is difficult. And company policies are good. salaries are on time, salary hike depends on management or may be upto 5%.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & job security not upto the mark.

Struggled In the beginning as there was no formal training session & learnt on the job.

Company policies are up to the mark.

Dislikes

Work-life balance can't attained because the factory premise is at outskirts of city. Management doesn't address employees issue like career growth is very slow & not upto the mark.

You will not like anything in this company

Dislikes

No work life balance. As Friday is holiday for Aurangabad plant and Saturday and Sunday is working. But where as at head office alternate Saturday and every Sunday is holiday. Terrible, you will be receiving calls 24X7. If you join in marketing. Then you will be reporting to Mr. Krishna Rao DGM he is workholic to next level he may give you call any time to assign the work and get it done. You have to do infinite excel statements...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
