Company culture is very good. No micro management. No layoffs done even when company was not doing good.

Dislikes

Currently company did not have any big clients, so appraisal hadn't been done in last 2 years.

- Employees are friendly in Ignosis (Startup Company of Pirimid Fintech) - Tea is good (from Dev Bhai) - AC is cool - Free Friday Lunch is now OVER - Value money and transparency over employees

Dislikes

- High Cost Of Leaving ( Owner used to spend more money in employee engagement like Week long workation however not giving appraisals properly - 8-10 % for few employees and rest none) - HR looks like working but not doing anything (Rishi & Sweta) - Appraisals given as 5-10% only (owner and co-founder says no money because market isdown, however company is planning GOA Trip for workation 🫡) - Good revenue but no money for employees (worst reason) - Too many clients but no revenue from them? 🤔 - Ignosis is the biggest mistake of owner - No Proper products from Ignosis - No funding received even searched for 2 years in Ignosis - Told for WFH but co-founder is pressuring WFO Even no one wants to work in office with co-founder (No Stay Cost for employees) - Sugar cotted talk from founder and co-founder but very very less appraisals at the end - Bangalore office shut down (only 1 office in Ahmedabad with 35 person capacity) - Join at own risk ☝️...Read More

This internship was not just an opportunity to explore my capabilities; it taught me the essence of responsibility and the importance of accurate data. The initial excitement and newbie awkwardness were quickly replaced with comfort and warmth, thanks to my colleagues, who welcomed me and readily assisted whenever I needed help. It was great working there and I meet really amazing people also

Little pre planning for internship work would have been nice but dispite that regular meetings with mentor helped to get through road block
