Job Description

Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications using Java and
ReactJS.
Architect and implement scalable solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and optimize queries.
Oversee and participate in Agile processes, including Sprint Planning , Retrospectives , and Daily Stand-ups .
Manage and mentor a team of developers, setting coding, testing, and project delivery standards.
