Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of full-stack applications using Java and
ReactJS. - Architect and implement scalable solutions with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design schemas and optimize queries.
- Oversee and participate in Agile processes, including Sprint Planning , Retrospectives , and Daily Stand-ups .
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, setting coding, testing, and project delivery standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Proactively identify and address technical risks and roadblocks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate best practices into the development process.
Core Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Skills: 1. Proficient in Java for backend development.
2. Hands-on experience with ReactJS for front-end development.
3. Expertise in working with SQL databases and experience with NoSQL solutions.
4. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices. - Leadership Skills:
1. Proven experience in team management and the ability to guide and motivate a development team.
2. Strong organizational skills for managing sprints, tasks, and timelines.
3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Experience:
1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development and team
leadership.
2. Good to Have: Experience in the Fintech domain, such as payment systems, capital markets, or digital wallets.
