I think company policies are good and company is good but the problem is company hired corrupted management. Management destroyed completely companies reputation. Management team will be responsible for all. Piramal you have to think when choosing management team.

First four years are fabulous. Im very happy with piramal. After that very worst management from Piramal. Why they behaved like this i don't know. Piramal completely failed to take care for their employees. They failed to identify fraudulent management.

Management spoiling the company name , Worst experience since 3 years... Ajay Piramal Sir should take strict action on management otherwise in future Piramal swasthya will not get any projects.. From three years didn't get increments in salary.... Only bucket holders will get promotion...

All project, process are miss managed. very poor management. 2. Blood sucking company, long work hours, minimum pay. 3. You need to pay from your pocket for official expenses. 4. Most of internal and external portal, tools are buggy, not working.
