Get to actually help people theoretically , but the actual job requires memorizing and repeating verbage and no actual help takes place .

Dislikes

No follow up on calls , bad workplace environment , backward mentality of all the staff, no respect given to educated people and a bias in treating employees fairly . People who work there have constant problem with the management team, and the hr team is especially immature and arrogant. English speakers are isolated due to the management team's lack of language skills, and most of them don't even know kannada and a heavy preference is given to Hindi which is unfair....Read More
