Mostly I like about working in piramal pharma is it's products for getting special rate and it's usefulness.

Dislikes

I dislike about working at Piramal pharma is, in spite of achieving more than 100% YTD Target yearly, employee's appraisal happens up to 2-3% on their basic package only. And the get 22-25% rise on YTD Target which is unfair. Also few things about the strategy planning which is not correct according to the customer perspective.

The Politics in the office is very bad. The HR Policies are built to benefit the company and work against its employees. The management is bias towards senior management and if you are not a part of the senior table, you have no worth in the company. The company believes that their employees only lie even if they are in critical situations, the company will not extend a helping hand. Piramal Ahmedabad, who are working from longer time gujarathi manager and director they are having very poor knowledge/skill set about basic chemistry for that reason that are playing to much non transperancy/politics/ Touches about good Good skill set person. And in performance cycle they will provide hr team wrong feedback also. There is unsecurity of job. when project is gone, you fired within three months. Here favourism dominant like u favour of boss is good for u otherwise very difficult to do job. There is gujrati people dominant, they don't adjust outside people. There is no opportunity to career growth. Don't join company for growth , if join for 1 yr then leave after as early possible.
