There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. in this pandemic situation there is many position code has been closed whether sales is grow in lockdown period but company is not stand with their employees.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

My work experience is very nice. I started my work everyday at 9.30am . I have to call 35 retail outlet everyday where I represent my company's product and try to sell them. I love to work in this format.
