I have not worked here but have been interviewed and selected. The company is doing fraud I think as they won't provide you offer letter on company's letter head. Also, will provide appointment letter after 1 month not on the day of joining. its terrible.

Dislikes

Because They wasted my time as they were not providing offer letter on company's letter head and also were not ready to give all documents like appointment letter at the time of joining thats basic . how can someone feel secured here that is why I never want to join this company and will not suggest anyone to join here as this is completely unprofessional as its not right way to do the things.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
