Talented people are here, If they are supportive you can learn very good from them. If you want to learn C/C++ then surely it is a good place.

I was part of different team during my duration so in one team manager and upper management was good so no politics but in other team this was no the case. Upper management are playing with employee by shifting it into one team to another in short period of time. Worst part is there isno appraisal and the variable part(bonus) depends on your management not on your performance. Only that I am working here till the next job. Working at Pine Labs has challenges, including a high-pressure environment due to higher management pressure, a potential lack of work-life balance.

No work-life balance, Every mid-year higher management makes announcements and publicity that they have achieved various milestones and made millions of profits, but at the end of the year at the time of appraisal, the suddenly change them as they are in a big loss. Appraisal is big scam for lower-level employees. Every day they suffer from hues harassment....Read More

First 6 month is all good for me post that when management change me any many team members are informing only dislikes for this company.

Dislikes

Work environment. Time management. Higher level management not understand lower level management works/how to treat good,how the employees should work. Not much hike less than 5% overall. Hybrid mode. Canteen (only Tea, Coffee, Biscuit & Namkeen) is there. Managers only want my task should be completed by EOD (means they are not checking whether office time is over or not). No Party, No Trip in a quarterly/yearly. Working 6 days a week(SATURDAY) although this is not in company regulations because on website it's showing SATURDAY & SUNDAY holiday but we are doing. Also if anyone are leaving before 2 years from Pinelabs they should submit there PineLabs bag also....Read More

No cons that i can remember. Let me explain 1. Company gives good increment from around 1% to 4%. And if you perform exceptionally well for qualifying a promotion (no set criteria is there though) you can get massive 5% appraisal. 2. There is an incentive for the sale you make. Just, there is a surprising element. You don't know theexact incentive earned on which product. And also, you don't even know when it will be actually credited to your account. And if it is credited to your account, you don't know for which product it is given and which products are left/not given<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Our management do this to keep the things exciting</mark>. 3. Reimbursements are great. They are so detailed that no body can fool you. And the exciting part is, these will never get approved when you need these the most. There are no worthless concept of "time value of the money" in the company. 4. Operations are so smooth that you will not get any hurdles. Because to get hurdles, one must progress forward. Here nobody knows how the things are done, thus no need to worry about case closures. 5 Support function is so encouraging that one have to push himself to get the things done. There are many people to tell you that how you can accomplish something without a support from any other. Company will make sure to make you realise your potential by helding you responsible for every mishaps. See, when you do something good there are always people to take credit. Flexibility. But flexibility here is a two way sword. Senior Leadership will not work with you in inputs, just expect output to come from your individual and your team's hardwork. Full DIY mode of new product/business development.

God forbid, if there is any disruption like Covid or Regulatory issues or Partner issues or Structural issues with any business - Senior Leaders will hang you on the cross [side-line / lay-off / quite firing]. Instead of helping the incumbent address the external issues they will take the easy and dirty way by bring someone new fromoutside to build the business. And they will keep doing it till they find someone who makes it happen....Read More

The company is a mess: - No licensed software is provided that is absolutely necessary for daily work execution. Employees either have to buy the software on their own without reimbursement or use trial version. - No work life balance....week after week you'll be given work on Friday evening and that would be expected out of you by Monday morning...cannot even plan to be out on weekends. - Managers are non existent. Pine labs is good organization but some super intelligent guys from management they are playing with employee. And I had worked but found only negative responding from management

One of the Pine Labs associate director Aravati Krishna he hired be only for 6 months due to maternity leave replacement of 1 employee. Yearly bonus and increment not given by him.

No long term vision, always for fighting to solve issues . No agility, takes ages to launch a new device in the market. Very high attrition rate in the top level
