Good exposure to offline POS acquiring Payment domain work, Office ambience, few payment experts to gain knowledge from, HR policies, many leaves.

Dislikes

No defined processes, always overloaded with work, random work gets assigned, no measure of Product Manager capacity, one should know and manage end to end payment lifecycle, most employees try to push ball in others court as they are always overloaded with work.

The company is a mess: - No licensed software is provided that is absolutely necessary for daily work execution. Employees either have to buy the software on their own without reimbursement or use trial version. - No work life balance....week after week you'll be given work on Friday evening and that would be expected out of you by Monday morning...cannot even plan to be out on weekends. - Managers are non existent. Hard working and ambitious resources working under wrong CTO and leadership. Software engineering team willing to explore on emerging trends and latest technologies, sadly working under CXO's and Leaders who are having no practical hands-on experience.

Dreams HIGH, with worst leadership and wrong CTO. Leadership failed to retain right and skillful resource despite upfront communication and ignored their significant contribution, which implied "USE & THROW" policy. Leadership blaming and firing their resource below, rather than analyzing root cause and gaps in the overall system. HR is worst (aligned to management).
