It was a wonderful experience working in Pinelabs. There was lot of things to learn it is ithe only company in Payment industry which provides a lot of VAS which is very useful for merchant. They can only give salary n nothing else.

Worst company to work . Managers don't know how to talk irrespective of gender. They can abuse you, use bad language, no fixed time to start day or end day. Work can go from starting a concall with manager at 7.40 to night 11.30-12 also. Company doesn't care how their employees are treated. No proper policies and implementation foranything wrong happening. Also the type of work it is, it consumes most of ur time , mental peace....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
