Literally everything.... especially don't join the western office of Mumbai ...they treat you like shit and None of the seniors know anything about leadership...rules are different for new folks. The only Good thing is that all the colleagues are like friends nothing else.

No week off on Saturday, Sometimes we also have to work on Sunday. No appreciation. No team outings. During the interview, They mentioned that my salary would be increased to 40k after 6 months, but I've been receiving the same pay for the last 10 months. I'm sure that even if they conduct an appraisal in October, my salary won't beraised to 40k. No Certifications. The company is offering outings to the sales team, neglecting other departments. I have been working in Pinclick more than 1 year. It's a really great journey. I have been grown multi-Fold both professionally and personally here. Company's work basics built on the basics of team work and respect. In one word i would say that Pinclick is the place where you can learn a deep knowledge of real estate and place you grow.
