Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? The only Good thing is that all the colleagues are like friends nothing else.

No week off on Saturday, Sometimes we also have to work on Sunday. No appreciation. No team outings. During the interview, They mentioned that my salary would be increased to 40k after 6 months, but I've been receiving the same pay for the last 10 months. I'm sure that even if they conduct an appraisal in October, my salary won't beraised to 40k. No Certifications. The company is offering outings to the sales team, neglecting other departments.
