One of the worst company ever i worked with. No job security at all and they can ask u to leave anytime without paying u salary for the month u worked for them. I worked 4 years there but at the beginning working environment was okay but now they are on their worst part and kicking out everyone without giving any reason.

I would like to say never join pilot industries spatially MDO team .this team is so toxic .reporting manager of this team is Ms Nikita she does cheap politics . You have to do buttering her otherwise she will ruined your employment .their is no professionalism in her team . They don’t have moral . They do bad comments to new employees they make us feel uncomfortable . I never seen team like her .. they don’t want employees which is good for company they want who can do pampering her she will give your bad feedback to director so that she can fired you .. so please don’t join her team she will destroy your precious time …...Read More

As a training center its ok but if you went there for long term that's not sustainable.

Unprofessional HR, charlatan promotor, unethical practices. Can think as big lala ki dukaan. Be ready to spoil your personal life. One small example- you have sacrifice a Sunday if you avail two leaves in a week. No mercy at all. HR is doing every thing except HR work. You will be given handsome money but lala will ensure to suck every drop out of you for it. Its not sustainable working there. Company location is b grade like its very own....Read More

There's nothing to like to work here except salary, this company could offer you good salary depends how's your link inside the company

It's highly polluted plant , as It's a battery plate recycling which have highly sulphur content, so plant inside fuem and smoke of sulphur very hazardous which makes it hazardous work culture. If you don't have any degree but have good reference then you can get very handsome salrlary offer. Also there's is off festival and national holidays but you have to take permission to take the off and 12 Hrs shift, its purely lala type plant , pick this company only when you don't have any job for short term duration....Read More
