It's a fantastic experience for me to work in pidilite Ind Ltd. Multiple jobs/ target achievement/ team handling/ sales support/ promotion activity/ dealers meet/ exhibition activity/ tell & sale activity/ MRM/ conference/ achievement certificate/ incentives.

Dislikes

after a long journey from downward to SSO 8years job work no other hike in our Designation in sales due to not having a MBA degree from a standard university. some post is there like CMDI but it is out of sales.

13 Multiple Distributors/5 team handling/ daily sales analysis/ primary orders/ secondary orders/ scheme utilization/ etc
