Some bogus managers hired by company. Now bar for employees u just have to selu Any graduate can join no need of education in this company it's good for eating 30 k 35 k if your living in local. Ta da is like company doing aehassan on you. Incentives company don't want you to take.

No one wants to separate from pidilite. Therefore, there are less option for new comers. Pidilite offers a little less package compared to other companies.

Development Center Exam like no value because manager not support to his colleagues or team, no transperency in annual appraisal or incentive slab. 2 years back company provide sales dashboard after that company stop this report and manually data providing need to improve this type of report.

There is an extreme bootlicker culture, only those who are Yes Sir types are preferred by the management irrespective if they are right or not. Multiple organizational changes, high attrition, careless HR, no talent management, incorrect hiring on higher positions and preference of having weak leaders.
