They said all are equal but the incharge level and officers level show attitude and ego that is i dislike they degrade low level employees

Company policies are poor. Management also very poor. Food facility is terrible. Leave policy and compensation and benifits are very poor. There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is also not good enough.
