Very proud to say working with pidilite , very friendly management to communication and i am very happy to work here , we have a great health policy here ( now a days most of family's facing health issues) . And also leave policies also very well .

Dislikes

Actually i expect OT hours amount. But here giving comp/offs. It will expire in few days. ( Atleast technician levels, Please provide OT amount ) if possible .

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
