Corporate is handled by old school kind of mind set. No consideration for site management suggestions. Hierarchy based culture ,you can't approach direct to anyone in organization. No support from support function like procurement and finance.

Everything. People only try to fulfil their KPIs without thinking about overall benefit even at higher levels. Company does not care about the employees. They are just mere servants for them. If you are joining in mid of the business cycle, forget about leaves, variable pay, increment. In the 1st year they do not provide a single leave to you.
