Since it's a startup so you will get the good working environment with good salary package.

Dislikes

You don't know when you will get fired. Like other companies you will not get any second chance i.e, PIP and you will be forced to leave company by your manager even on watsapp and on call and when you sign-off office in the evening. You will get the reminder for resignation.

Manager's it isn't a logistic company its like an Ed tech org where manager constantly abuse you and use foul languages and Curse words. Kamran Sayed is one of the worst manager and human being I have ever worked with same for Yupesh Nagrani they both have 0 knowledge of the industry juat earning big salary by doing nothing and taking credit for what you achieved

Atmosphere is not good due to internal politics and favorism. Management can ask to resign any time without any reason despite you are good performer, metrics score are improved. If you ask for clarifications, they will just say its management call and you have to resign.
