Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? You don't know when you will get fired. Like other companies you will not get any second chance i.e, PIP and you will be forced to leave company by your manager even on watsapp and on call and when you sign-off office in the evening. You will get the reminder for resignation.
