Newly joined to this organization but i should really say they respect the decision of seniors. People here i can see associated more than 5 to 6 years. Office timing is 10.00 but there is half an hour grace time where the employee come by 10.30 then they sit till 7.00 to cover their duty hours. Enter before 10:00 amd leave at sharp 6:30, no one stays late for work

Every single employee is treated as mill mazdoor, no one , not even person at managerial level has a right to take any single decision. By saying so one can not change one full stop to 2 full stops in content. Every single decision (smallest of small) is taken by the owner. Lunch hour is of 1:30 to 2:00. Everyone has to finish lunch in that time only. One can not eat anything after or before that. It’s a school. Yearly appraisal happen at the end of the divali. Increment criteria is fixed at 5%. Nothing above it. They don’t have office washroom, everyone need to use public washroom of the building. One who wants to torment themselves apart from timings can happily join here....Read More
