Pretty good work life balance. Can't say for specific cells, but for a few departments. Pretty decent location, not at all expensive, clean air, you get everything you need unless you wanna go clubbing or night-out kinda person. Not much work pressure unless you aren't effective and efficient enough. People are nice, atleast the ones I relate with. Great People❤️, will help personally in your bad times. Trust me they do! Bad work culture The behaviour of security, canteen staff, even the permanent employee s differ for other employees on the basis of uniform, designation, language you speak, state where you are from and yes which department you belong to. The above do not matter if you are from the HR. Work planning is worst, they have no idea wherethe actual planned production can be achieved since the do not recieve the parts from suppliers on time, everything hand to mouth. Cheap and childish politics, non employee centric HR policies, no grievance cell, no time for proper meetings. You get a very nice and polished behaviour in the beginning and then later you get treated like a slave. I wasn't but I saw many of my colleagues. Not a employee friendly environment to work as there's very little scope for learning, growth, personality development.
