1.lack of employee-centric policies when it comes to leaving the company. It is important for an organization to have a supportive and understanding approach when an employee decides to move on. 2.have found the behavior of the HR department to be quite arrogant. I believe that the HR department plays a crucial role in ensuring employee satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise. However, the interactions I have had with them have been far from satisfactory. Their dismissive attitude and lack of empathy have had a negative impact on my experience as an employee. 3.I have noticed a lack of any policies that promote a great place to work. A positive work environment is essential for fostering productivity and employee well-being.
