No job security. They don’t give any notice period. They just call you and tell you that today is your LWD… No work life balance. No care for female employees who are working late night. No increments. No bonuses. No communication between managers and team members. TL’s are biased while allotting the work. Timelines are not strict, they are impossible. Don’t join this company.

Nothing. Arrogant MD and Incapable Managers. They want you to be a servant of a foreign based arrogant client who doesn't welcome your suggestions and feedback. There are some managers who have never worked in any other organisations apart from this. So they do not have experience in team management. For every small problem these managers may put the blame on any team member and they will showcase it as a huge mistake to the MD. These managers will never appreciate or highlight your good work to the MD. The MD blindly trust these managers and never considers other team members view or side.
