Nothing, like linkedin is full of work life balance and work culture of PW but when you join the company then you got to know that some employee are doing mall practice in the company and if you can't go According to them, then it's not possible to stay in the company. But some employees like me who's complaint about this and challenges the company in the court and because of employee lime me the director and the manager have to give resign from the company (talking about my Manager- Kuldeep tyagi and Director of sales in PW- Rishab Arora) now they are jobless....Read More

Like if you are good with your manager then that's good, when I was Hired I was told to do 70-100 calls with 2 docs that's the KRA, but after my probation They increase KRA from 100 to 350 dials 60 Connected and 4 hrs talktime with 10 docs on daily basic and if you are not able to achieve that on daily basic the manager scold you infront of all your team mates and if you resign from the company, and you have a notice period of 30 days the manager & HR without telling out through you out and suddenly call you and said that your LWD was 20 April and employee is still working on 24 April, because he didn't get a mail a call from any one from the company that's his last working day was change from 4 May to 20 April and all his credentials and email was logout from system and suddenly HR and managers are not picking the call and no one literally no one from company give a shit about you and like you work for 20 days but as your CRM is not working and you will not be able to mark attendance and the company is not ready to pay you for those days. And you can't do anything on this, and when you told your CEO or VP about this they were like what a 30K employee can do. But now this case is in court and I screw PW for it waiting for the results...Read More
