• Design, review, and implement the curriculum for primary and pre-primary grades.
• Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and the school's philosophy.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods and materials to enhance learning

Teacher Support and Development:

• Provide guidance and mentoring to teachers in instructional strategies and classroom management.
• Organize professional development workshops and training sessions for teachers.
• Assist in the evaluation and appraisal of teaching staff.

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

• Oversee the assessment processes, including designing tests and evaluating student performance.
• Monitor the academic progress of students and provide interventions when necessary.
• Work closely with teachers to address the individual learning needs of students.

Parental Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and school activities.
• Address parental concerns and foster a positive relationship between home and school.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings and other engagement activities

Coordination and Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with the Principal and other school leaders to achieve academic goals.
• Coordinate with external educational consultants and resources to enhance the curriculum.
• Ensure smooth communication and coordination among teachers, staff, and the management team.
