About the Social Media Team, the three leaders in top positions are the worst ones you could ask for. They will literally play with your self-confidence, and gaslight you into thinking you're doing enough work when they are the ones giving you an unmatched workload. You won't learn anything under them except for how to protect yourself from such people. Won't recommend to anybody specially freshers. There is no proper professional software for communication, everything is communicated through Whatsapp. You can expect texts, deadlines, calls at any time by them be it 2 PM or 2 AM. There is nothing to like about Physics Wallah. They never pay on time and only give partial payments. I received payment on 9th November and now on 20th January, I only received half of the amount owed. This company is the worst, even though they claim to be a unicorn company. They have failed to pay freelancers. I strongly recommend against joining this company.

Now the management is totally worst not even that people are taking advantage of their postion and showing their personal grudges on those people's who are working honestly and pressurized to resign them too much politics and poor management specially our center head he has no ability to take decision mindfully no ethics no professionalism and showing his immature behaviour in sense of personal grudges and shouting people in front of everyone too much harassment by him and no one is there to take actions against him feeling so helpless I need to hide myself otherwise he will take grudges of these reviews as well....Read More

The pm and product cycle culture is not established there which causes rushed uninformed decisions to take place just because of some people who created this bad culture entire team has to suffered the consecuences for it

1. No work life balance (9-10 hours minimum) 2. No proper payout (25K) 3. Being inhouse no promotions from past 2.5 years. 4. Fake promises over work, promotions and hike. 5. Managers working in online counseling are less talented than associates, they don't know anything and useless as most of the teams running without pilot. 6. If you ask for promotion aur upgrade they will transfer you to multiple departments and again other team treats you like fresher. 7. FAKE WARNINGS in the name of ZTP. Zero growth especially in online counseling only bulshit they can give. And during appraisal they said because of xyz reason they cannot give any appraisal so manage or leave company....Read More
