Honestly, there isn't much that I dislike about working at Physicswallah. The environment here is positive, and I feel supported in my role. If I had to mention something, it would be the occasional challenges that come with rapid growth, such as managing workloads during peak periods. However, even in these situations, the team's cooperation and the leadership's guidance make ti manageable.

If I sent my faculty work to other team member, I think this is not reduce my work load because the work (task) which is given by me sometimes to someone (team member), even then I should be checked that work, but that takes sufficient time of mine. Because this is said earlier by leaders that if I / we give some work to someone from my team member, even then I am only the responsible for that work. If possible work should be given to us from one person or faculty in a day and other faculty work by next day, because many times work comes at a time by different faculty members and mostly every faculty members asked that their work should be done on urgent basis. I experienced there a high level politics. There is no job security. The teachers/faculties having no sense of DTP work. They behave very badly to other employees. I suggests to job seeker do not join there for your betterment.

Now the management is totally worst not even that people are taking advantage of their postion and showing their personal grudges on those people's who are working honestly and pressurized to resign them too much politics and poor management specially our center head he has no ability to take decision mindfully no ethics no professionalism and showing his immature behaviour in sense of personal grudges and shouting people in front of everyone too much harassment by him and no one is there to take actions against him feeling so helpless I need to hide myself otherwise he will take grudges of these reviews as well....Read More

The pm and product cycle culture is not established there which causes rushed uninformed decisions to take place just because of some people who created this bad culture entire team has to suffered the consecuences for it

Rushed process, no established hierarchy, favouritism in the office and office politics gets you frustrated, some people especially in product have no skill set and just micromanaged people to feel fulfilled
