Extremely unprofessional management and HR department. The management will expect you to be available and working from 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week, yes even on Sundays. If you protest, they will call you a slacker and tell you that you are not interested in working or dedicated in your. Expectations and deadlines are the most unrealistic, they will expect 3 days worth of tasks to be done in 3 hours. Even the HR condones this attitude and ignores it. Moreover the HR and admin department will offer you a certain team and designation in the offer letter and then will change and reduce the designation weeks after you join. Upon noticing and informing them of the same 'error', they will reply with "Sorry, we made a mistake in the offer letter, we will write you a new one" or we will write a new policy for you specially that states someone like you cannot get the designation mentioned in your offer letter.
