It's a business purpose like profit based company no matter how to teach good or excellent or poor the matters is that vertical are gained profit And suddenly I known approx 2000 employee laid off in a 15 min Google meet suddenly Here is truth baki koi kuch bhi kahe It's a very worse company I suggest not a educator aswell as student join PW

Should I leave my comfort ?

Hello All, I am working at IT service company paying 33 lpa for 14 YOE and it is wfh job. Sometimes I have to work long hours and sometimes on weekends but have to do WFH. I recently got offer of 45 lpa from a Product company and it will involve 1 HR daily travel one side and almost no WFH. Should I take that Opportunity or wait for another similar offer which will have WFH benifits ? I am a father of 2 kids and Financially stable.
