1)_My Regional Business head, He act as a Dictator, and always tries to apply his own methed wheather its correct or not. 2) Our salary Increment ( As my HR promise me for increment after 6 months but after 6 months i didn't get any increment )

Should I leave my comfort ?

Hello All, I am working at IT service company paying 33 lpa for 14 YOE and it is wfh job. Sometimes I have to work long hours and sometimes on weekends but have to do WFH. I recently got offer of 45 lpa from a Product company and it will involve 1 HR daily travel one side and almost no WFH. Should I take that Opportunity or wait for another similar offer which will have WFH benifits ? I am a father of 2 kids and Financially stable.
