There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost. An employee's mind is so badly affected that they are forced to commit fraud in the market, which has completely ruined the market. People no longer trust others. I will never forget that I once worked in a company that took away my sleep at night and my peace of mind during the day. Company culture is very poor. Managers are shouting their teams on floor like road side shop owners. Appreciation and recognition events are very rare in non sales core teams. Not felt working in a corporate company.
