There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost.
