No career growth Job security issue- Everytime managers saying I will terminate you. Not understand and recognition of market visit & market issues. Ask to join hangout before job time. 8:00 AM , 8:30 AM Hangout call. After 7:00 PM hangout.Only hangout. Giving meaning less project. Appraisal KPI change in appraisal month. Driving different KPI and doing appraisal in different KPI. Without understand problem sending show-cause notice. Threatening termination. Data not coming on daily basis...after coming 15 days letter data and discussing upon last 15 days some KYC issue and all which is not possible things. Not considering PCL Rank in appraisal. Driving PCL every month but Appraisal not doing on PCLs KPI NOT clear Appraisal KPI.. changing KPI in Appraisal month. Not getting appreciation from manager whatever you perform well....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot reside. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
