Working culture is worst from past 1year and they do not care the hardworking and performer employees from top management to middle management does partiality do not see the performance of the employee to reward its just there decision whome to promote whome to give incentives and appraisal they don't care even if you are top performer here. Work culture is so bad that they will pressurise you for anything even if you are doing everything right they will create something to pressurise and make your life hell even after working hours there are calls vcs which you have to attend field works are different even if you are working in office in morning but still they want field works as your total working hours they expect you to be on field till 10pm without taking lunch...Read More
