There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

There is complete mental harassment, and the manager's behavior is so bad that they threaten their employees; they want sales at any cost.
