Company politics destroy your career, East delhi state head like shahid khan ZSM & HR all involve to safe his job. They hired TSM for 6 month then give him notice period then after forcefully resigned. Don't enter in this company there management is really destory your CV.

He is reporting to regional manager Karthik, He is a clown fellow, who is perfect fit for handling tharkuri.. There is nothing to be like in this organisation. This organisation treat there sales team like a labour. There hr policy is on paper only. On fixed hours of working. They use pip as a weapon against the employee. Only few manager are there who think about there team.

Company culture is very poor. Managers are shouting their teams on floor like road side shop owners. Appreciation and recognition events are very rare in non sales core teams. Not felt working in a corporate company.
