Working as KAE since 2022 and updating the present situation. JOB SECURITY, ON TIME SALARY. these 2 things are only remaing as a constant.

A marathon will start into your life which will never end. Too much Pressure, Micromanagement, salary deductions, Unfair TA, unfair incentive distribution, unclear and non weekend Friendly upper management is something new which recently have occurred. If a sale is not closed in a day even if you have met 30 clients and did basic working your present won't be marked. Performance, Performance, Performance. Numbers, Numbers, Numbers. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. It's field work so there anyone can roam thier own area which's not seen before. Off roll job other things depends on own performance.

Dislikes

They give New task every month which can not easily understandable. But put all your effort to do that. On the job self understanding is very important because they never teach how to complete your task.
