No growth, no projects, no good mentors(no proper English while communicating or explaining something, doesn't has much knowledge or experience and still,judges the intern if intern makes ONE mistake), no proper training, not much learning exposure, no support or help from senior colleagues, no proper evaluation or assesment or evenguidance, manager doesn't even give open and honest feedback or reviews every month, but chooses to randomly not consider you in the team after one presentation during end of internship, expecting interns to be perfect and already knowing everything but also not giving proper explanation or support, expecting intern to have practical or handson experience when they're just freshers,but also not giving material or helping them in accessing resources to learn Better, INTERNSHIP WAS JUST THREE MONTHS, and they judge u within two months. Every intern deserves atleast 6 months time to gain a thorough understanding of the work. If you didn't have openings, then why the hell did you hire more than two interns ???????????????????? Ruined our career development. The manager wasn't even clear with what he expected and destined results, didn't even reach out to us and make us feel approachable, he wasn't even there one whole first month of the internship and decided to judge someone's ability in the next month....Read More
